i still buy and consume these fairly often. don’t hate.

when i was a kid we would have these any time that a babysitter was coming over so she/he would have something easy to make. i remember a feeling of sheer elation from seeing a kid cuisine in the freezer. but now looking at that picture it’s like, what is that? chickens don’t have shapes like that on their bodies, they put the meat and bones and organs and skin, the leftover stuff nobody wants and they’ve gotta put it through a blender before they can make a mold that shape…and after all that, some part of me still feels reverence for kid cuisine. it was just some salty processed foodlike matter, but it was my matter. <3
